On June 18, the INSTEL technology showroom in Barcelona brought together technical managers for a new edition of our Tech Pills. The goal was to analyze how the integration between physical access control systems and Human Resources platforms is redefining operational efficiency and data governance within organizations.

Eduard Gallart, Business Development Manager at Factorial, explained how the platform centralizes employee information, organizational structure, and time management processes.
The integration with Intemo Technologies enables a bidirectional flow of information: from Factorial, employee records, hires, terminations, and absences are synchronized, while from Intemo, physical clock-ins are incorporated in real time to calculate working hours directly within the HR platform.
This connection enables a single, consistent, and traceable source of employee data, reducing manual tasks, eliminating inconsistencies, and strengthening regulatory compliance, while also improving auditing and reporting capabilities.

The central point of the event was the live demonstration of the integration between Intemo Technologies and Factorial, where attendees were able to see the complete flow of information between systems:
