In relation to the processing of data belonging to the end customers of INSTEL products, we inform you of the following:

  • Data controller: the customer who has purchased INSTEL products.
  • Purpose of processing: management and administration of users and profiles; access and download of documentation associated with the provision of the service; provision of a service; security of the platform.
  • Basis of legitimation: execution of a contract, as well as the legitimate interests of the Data Controller and its customers, based on the guarantee of the security of the information contained on the platform.
  • Retention period: the data will be kept for the time necessary for the provision of the service, as well as the time required by the applicable regulations.
  • Recipients and transfers: the data will not be communicated to third parties except by legal obligation. The international transfer of your data outside the European Economic Area is also not envisaged, except for storage purposes provided that there is an adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards are in place.

Likewise, in the event of purchasing any of the products offered by INSTEL, we inform you of the possibility that INSTEL has to subcontract the following aspects of the service: hosting of the platforms offered, including outside the European Economic Area.

Apart from the above cases, your data will not be transferred except by legal obligation.

International transfer (outside the European Economic Area) is not foreseen except for storage and/or accommodation purposes and, in any case, this must be carried out based on the existence of an adequacy decision or the application of adequate guarantees.

Data retention period

  • Website access and management: for the time necessary to provide access to web services, as well as manage website security.
  • Communication and contact: for the time strictly necessary to respond to your requests and as long as the user has not requested the deletion of their data.
  • Commercial communications: as long as the user does not withdraw their consent and, in any case, during the maximum legal period established.
  • Customer area: for the time necessary to manage our contractual relationship and as long as the user does not request to unsubscribe from the service.
  • Work with us: for a maximum period of two years, and as long as the candidate has not requested the deletion of their data.

Information Security

INSTEL has taken all the legally required measures for the protection of personal data; Likewise, it has adopted all the technical devices at its disposal to prevent the loss, misuse, alteration, access or theft of personal data provided by users of the website. The user will be aware, however, that security measures on the Internet are not absolutely inviolable.

CVs and self-nominations

We inform the user that any CV or similar document, as well as all the information it contains, that is sent to INSTEL as a self-candidacy, will be deleted immediately, so that INSTEL will not carry out any type of data processing and, consequently, will not hold the position of Controller.

Minors

INSTEL prohibits the use of its web services by users under fourteen years of age, except with the express consent of their parents or guardians.

Under no circumstances may the minor provide INSTEL with data that allows information to be obtained about the other members of the family group, or about its characteristics, such as data relating to the professional activity of the parents, economic information, sociological data or any other, without the consent of the owners of such data.
