As part of the “Powered By Avaya IP Office” event, Avaya Communications is conducting technology workshops in Barcelona and Madrid in June, presenting the new version of IP Office R10.1, and the new launch to the market of Avaya IP Office solution in the cloud.
The cloud solution has an open architecture and is oriented to provide flexibility and adaptation in the digital transformation in which companies are immersed.

The event has also been the setting for recognizing the important work of Avaya’s partners in business generation and its role as trends diffusers of corporate communications to the market.
In this sense, Instel has been awarded for the second consecutive year as the Avaya partner who has executed the most innovative Mid-market project. A project executed for an important dental company, where has been implemented an unified communications solution. The solution includes an Avaya IPOffice and Avaya Contact Center select, oriented to improve the efficiency and collaboration.
